Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope customer environments with executive sponsors and IT/data owners by mapping systems, data models, and workflows to identify the real business problem.
  • •Rapidly prototype and demo working solutions in real time, iterating with customers to prove value and validate patterns.
  • •Bridge customer needs and the core engineering team to harden prototypes into secure, production deployments.
  • •Design and implement multi-tenant, hybrid, or customer-controlled deployment architectures that meet data residency, privacy, and IT-maturity requirements.
  • •Own CI/CD, observability, and production support for systems deployed within customer environments, while feeding field learnings back to Product.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software engineering with strong hands-on backend and cloud infrastructure experience.
  • •1+ years building production-grade agentic AI solutions.
  • •Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, and TypeScript, and technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
  • •Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) to design and operate multi-tenant and hybrid customer-cloud deployment models.
  • •Ability to work directly with customers to scope ambiguous problems, prototype/demonstrate live solutions, and travel regularly for discovery and go-live engagements.
