Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and administer cost aspects of civil and building works from inception through final account, supporting budgets, cash flow, and profitability projections.
  • •Administer subcontractors and ensure standard approved subcontract terms/templates and lesser amounts as allowed.
  • •Coordinate with site and technical teams to collect progress details, compile cost reconciliations, and submit valuation reporting on time.
  • •Manage client site instructions, variation orders, and required backup documentation for interim valuations and valuations.
  • •Ensure timely payment applications and certificates for subcontractors, and manage tendering and package preparation in line with procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including at least 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •Experience with computer-based quantification and tools such as CCS (Candy) and AutoCAD for quantity takeoff.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
