Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert counsel and strategic guidance on commercial contracting, risk identification, and mitigation.
  • •Negotiate, draft, and guide implementation of commercial agreements in collaboration with business and legal partners.
  • •Support credit, fintech, and payment innovation related to new product initiatives across the global network.
  • •Support development and maintenance of products, rules, contracts, and network ecosystem in high-priority regions, including contract template and process improvements.
  • •Partner with internal counsel, business teams, and Risk/Compliance teams to deliver comprehensive support across the enterprise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • •Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
  • •At least 6 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, government agency, military judge advocate, or in-house counsel.
  • •Ability to understand complex topics quickly and provide concise, simple advice.
  • •Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
