Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
  • •Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization for inspection, accountability, and storage.
  • •Track turn-in status from initial receipt through final disposition, including audit-ready records.
  • •Review and validate supply documents (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200) and maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with Army supply regulations and documentation, including condition coding requirements.
  • •Ability to enter and maintain accurate data in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Must be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) eligibility.
