Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and practice good housekeeping while operating tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity levels.
  • •Operate and maintain equipment, complete required training, and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Interface with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms, and monitor process data to maintain process control.
  • •Recognize conditions requiring escalation and communicate issues and recommendations to leadership.
  • •Ensure inventory levels for the next shift, handle waste properly, and provide shift-change communication.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED; preference for an Associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.

  • •Safety-first mindset and ability to maintain high quality while meeting production metrics.
  • •Basic troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and basic math skills for manufacturing production metrics.
  • •Fundamental ability to use computer applications and interface with machine control panels; ability to use hand and measurement tools.
