Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical construction and engineering oversight for cleanroom HVAC/re-circulation, MAUs/FFUs/interstitial plenums, process exhaust systems, chilled water, process vacuum, and mechanical utilities.
  • •Review and approve mechanical design packages, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with global facilities mechanical and cleanroom standards.
  • •Coordinate mechanical execution with Electrical, I&C, Process, CSA, and tool-hookup teams, resolving site engineering issues and conflicts to support cleanroom integrity and contamination control.
  • •Drive mechanical RFIs, deviations, and field changes, evaluating impacts to system performance, cleanroom conditions, safety, cost, and schedule.
  • •Own commissioning, RFE/RFM readiness, and handover by approving commissioning plans and test results, and delivering mechanical as-built drawings and O&M/turnover packages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • •8–12+ years of mechanical engineering experience in semiconductor fab, cleanroom, or high-tech industrial projects.
  • •Proven experience leading cleanroom HVAC, exhaust, and utility systems through commissioning and handover.
  • •Strong understanding of contamination control principles.
