Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize implant processing steps for anneal and surface treatment to meet performance specifications.
  • •Collaborate with equipment engineering and manufacturing teams to improve process reliability and yield.
  • •Own process validation, documentation, and control plans for implant-related operations.
  • •Analyze SPC data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions in the implant flow.
  • •Support transfer of processes to production, including troubleshooting and equipment tuning.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in implant processing, anneal, and surface treatment within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • •Strong background in process engineering with a focus on reliability, yield improvement, and statistical process control.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment and optimize anneal/surface treatment steps in collaboration with equipment teams.
  • •Understanding of GMP/quality systems and documentation practices relevant to manufacturing.
