Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consultative leadership and develop working relationships to implement multi-level governance document structures and maintain an inventory of governance materials.
  • •Support, maintain, and develop enterprise systems of record for governance materials, including vendor management, user assistance/troubleshooting, quality assurance/control, and system administration.
  • •Aggregate, administer, analyze, monitor, and escalate risk governance reporting by exceptions, issues, key risk indicators, and limits/thresholds to business functions and enterprise risk committees.
  • •Provide technical expertise to design, implement, and execute forward-looking, risk-based frameworks, processes, and systems for governance materials.
  • •Identify and monitor governance exceptions, issues, and emerging trends to drive remediation, acceptance, or escalation; support stakeholder trainings and ongoing monitoring/quality assurance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or equivalent education and related training.
