Onsite Audio Visual Support Technician

Provide on-premises support for AVSPL customers at customer sites, working with the customer team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to deliver world-class customer service. Set up and break down conference spaces, perform preventative maintenance, and support networked devices. Troubleshoot audio/video/presentation systems, handle job site documentation and end-user training, and travel to required job sites while adhering to local safety standards.
