Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sourcing, contracting, and vendor management for Technical’s portfolio of OPEX and CAPEX contracts, focusing on complex, high-value, at-risk agreements.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies and execute high-value RFPs across multiple products including engines, BFE, IFE, and components within DOA and procurement guidelines.
  • •Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring alignment with stakeholders such as Legal and Finance to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • •Maintain vendor footprints and contract summaries, and run supplier risk management processes.
  • •Manage supplier performance through scheduling reviews, preparing dashboards and summaries, measuring contract performance including SLA’s, and project-managing remedial actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of job-related experience in airline/aviation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related qualification.
  • •Engineering & maintenance-focused experience with BFE, engines, and components contract portfolios.
  • •Proven vendor and contract management experience across the contract lifecycle.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, written and oral communication, and project management skills managing multiple initiatives.
