Key Responsibilities

  • •Define business outcomes and articulate the vision to the IT team to gain buy-in.
  • •Support the Product Owner team in decomposing epics into features and user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • •Ensure user story readiness with clear definitions of ready (DoR), and support issue resolution, verification, and validation.
  • •Work with stakeholders to identify, understand, and help innovate solutions; clarify user stories and business questions raised by the team.
  • •As Process Owner, design and communicate process vision/roadmaps, own process support issue resolution, and develop/maintain test plans and process training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis (or related field) working on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •Must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
