Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end program management for mining initiatives, integrating exploration, technical studies, permitting, and operational readiness workstreams.
•Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; align with corporate strategy.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (geology, engineering, environmental, legal, finance, community relations) and external consultants.
•Manage relationships with government authorities, regulators, and local institutions to advance permits and policy engagement.
•Drive community and stakeholder engagement programs aligned with ESG commitments; monitor risks and report progress to the steering committee.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial/Civil Engineering or related field; postgraduate PM/Business qualification preferred.
•6+ years in mining with 3-5 years managing complex programs or multi-project portfolios.
•Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
•Experience interfacing with government authorities, regulators, and local communities, ideally in Latin America.
•Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams; strong leadership and cross-cultural communication.
