Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end program management for mining initiatives, integrating exploration, technical studies, permitting, and operational readiness workstreams.
  • •Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; align with corporate strategy.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (geology, engineering, environmental, legal, finance, community relations) and external consultants.
  • •Manage relationships with government authorities, regulators, and local institutions to advance permits and policy engagement.
  • •Drive community and stakeholder engagement programs aligned with ESG commitments; monitor risks and report progress to the steering committee.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial/Civil Engineering or related field; postgraduate PM/Business qualification preferred.
  • •6+ years in mining with 3-5 years managing complex programs or multi-project portfolios.
  • •Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • •Experience interfacing with government authorities, regulators, and local communities, ideally in Latin America.
  • •Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams; strong leadership and cross-cultural communication.
