Data Center Field Engineer responsible for on-site field operations, coordinating between field and office teams on cabling/data center projects. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure safety and follow company safety program; promote core values across the project team.
•Participate in review of plans, specifications and bid packages; provide close support to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
•Lead field validation of telecom design, identify conflicts, and drive resolution through RFIs; manage change orders.
•Maintain redline / as-built drawing sets, ensure project records are filed, and implement electronic tracking systems and dashboards for real-time visibility.
•Cultivate customer relationships, coordinate with field ops and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to schedules and QA/QC processes.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline.
•5+ years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with large cabling/data center project experience preferred.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and construction tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Textura.
•Preferred certifications: OSHA-30 and BICSI TECH (acquired within 6 months if not already).
•Strong communication, leadership, mentorship, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
