Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical programs for Training at Scale on AMD Instinct products, from planning and scoping through release.
  • •Own the Training Docker Release lifecycle: roadmap definition, planning, cross-functional coordination, integration readiness, and continuous process improvement.
  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including goals, schedules, milestones, dependencies, incremental deliverables, and quality metrics.
  • •Drive stakeholder alignment across engineering teams and leadership teams.
  • •Manage resource prioritization and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned to program objectives and critical path items.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of AMD ROCm software stack and hands-on experience with AI training frameworks.
  • •Proven success in technical program management spanning initiation, planning, release execution, and closure.
