Job Summary

Lead the build-out of a sovereign AI advisory practice for the public sector, translating executive priorities into scalable data & AI solutions. Drive delivery, governance and offer development for FP projects, and recruit as a founding member to shape the Consulting AI practice across Europe, the Americas and India.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the consultant translating complex executive issues into technology-enabled performance levers for sovereign AI, anchoring high-level advisory vision to a real, tech-sovereign delivery reality and securing fixed-price projects
•Lead Sovereign AI: help define governance, delivery models, and resilience strategies to build sovereign AI infrastructure and AI Factories for public sector clients
•Deliver Transformation leadership: scope ROI, translate strategic needs into operational roadmaps, and supervise governance and industrialization of FP projects
•Develop and package offerings: drive growth and visibility of the consulting practice, packaging commercial offers for the public sector
•Founding member responsibilities: collaborate directly with Head of Consulting AI to structure the practice, optimize resource use, and maximize profitability

Key Requirements

•Master or Engineer degree (Bac+5), ideally in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Public Sector
•Confirmed experience in Data/AI consulting or strategy
•Experience in strategic consulting and mastery of technological challenges
•Experience on projects in the public sector
•Fluent English
