Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • •Monitor civil works (earthworks, excavation/backfilling, concrete, foundations, structural elements, blockwork, finishes, roads, drainage, utilities) and track progress against schedules.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, consultants, QA/QC, HSE teams, and other disciplines to manage execution and interfaces.
  • •Support inspections by ensuring civil works are ready for inspection/testing and verifying compliance with inspection/test plans, quality procedures, and applicable codes/standards.
  • •Maintain accurate daily site records and support progress reporting, punch lists, NCR follow-up, closeout documentation, and technical query resolution (RFIs/design clarifications).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience supervising civil construction, site engineering, or civil construction management on large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Strong experience supervising day-to-day civil works on active construction sites.
  • •Solid understanding of civil construction methods, site execution, quality requirements, safety standards, and construction sequencing.
  • •Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and inspection requests.
