Floating Banker

Provide back-up teller and personal banker support across multiple branches, delivering accurate, friendly client service while processing transactions in line with policies and regulations. Build relationships, refer clients to bank products and specialists, and meet referral expectations through in-person and phone conversations. Maintain reliability and punctuality, perform work with or without direct supervision, and contribute collaboratively across assignments while traveling daily within your assigned geographic region.
