•Help drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment while upholding Sephora standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.85 - 23.98 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and staying engaged with trends to empower clients’ confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
