Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Treasury Systems strategy, roadmap, and transformation agenda across a global organisation.
  • •Deliver large-scale transformation initiatives including system upgrades, automation, integrations, data governance, and process standardisation.
  • •Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation, governance, and post-go-live support.
  • •Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, banking partners, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • •Manage treasury systems governance, service delivery, vendor relationships, continuous improvement, and maintain a robust control environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience implementing, managing, or supporting Treasury Management Systems (ideally ION IT2) in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • •Strong understanding of UK and international treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Demonstrated project management expertise delivering complex transformation and systems initiatives on time and within budget.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • •Experience integrating treasury platforms with ERPs, banking systems, and payment networks; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
