Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage strategic direction, positioning, and account plans based on external drivers and market intelligence.
  • •Create opportunity targets and growth goals, flow them down to engagement teams, and monitor pipeline and bookings alignment to projections.
  • •Provide weekly pursuit support, review and update SF pipeline, support teaming/negotiating, and coordinate risk/pricing/proposal reviews.
  • •Lead/oversee key client relationships across Navy/NAVFAC organizations, manage corrective actions, and monitor recoveries to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Serve as ombudsman for OCI issues and maintain performance situational awareness by reviewing CPAR reports and coordinating responses with major program managers.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related discipline aligned to AECOM’s Business Lines and NAVY/NAVFAC needs.
  • •At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS driven by project and opportunity needs.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA) (highly desirable).
