  • •Translate legal, policy, and technical constraints into practical requirements, workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
  • •Identify gaps in the current framework and drive enhancements to policies, procedures, controls, and workflows.
  • •Own escalations, quality assurance, and complex case patterns for residual volume and use signals to harden standards and automation over time.

Key Requirements
