Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process.
  • •Support the manufacturing process to resolve, contain, and improve nonconforming materials.
  • •Lead containment of nonconforming items and inspect to verify non-conforming parts.
  • •Assist with root cause analysis and manage internal triage with engineering teams to complete investigative tasks on time.
  • •Create inspection plans, train technicians/inspectors for execution and data capture, and propose QA policies/procedures and continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or a quality/engineering related role.
  • •Experience supporting HW development and quality management in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software, including reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • •Experience with calibrated equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, Faro arm, OMM) and investigative equipment (e.g., x-ray inspection); experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standards; ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
