Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering from an accredited course of study.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Technical knowledge and experience in structures and/or propulsion structures or propulsion systems.
  • •Ability to communicate with technical personnel across multiple skill areas to evaluate technical information affecting design, production, and support.
  • •Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; US citizenship is required and a final US clearance post start is required.
