Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, Governance, and AI initiatives in a banking environment, owning planning, execution, governance, and closure. Coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external partners, and run Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking in JIRA. Facilitate project review working groups, manage risks/dependencies/escalations, and oversee vendor coordination to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and closure.

•Facilitate project review working groups to support timely updates, risk mitigation, and decision-making.
•Oversee vendor coordination and monitor dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple workstreams.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12+ years managing large-scale Data and AI projects, preferably in banking or financial services.
•Strong technical understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI-driven solutions.

•Hands-on Agile project management experience, including JIRA and collaboration tools.
•Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills; GCC and/or Qatar banking experience is desirable.
