Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to meet residents’ physical, emotional and social needs
  • •Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident
  • •Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation
  • •Deliver clinical guidance to the care team, and mentor staff to ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations of the care home
  • •Promote independence, choice and dignity, delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement in a person-centred environment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 23.2 hourly

  • •A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development
