Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact data projects using housing, rental, and sale data; work with RealtyHop databases and open data sources.
  • •Conduct property valuations and present results based on metrics such as cap rates, IRR, and equity multiples.
  • •Help revamp growth, pricing strategies, and HopScore pricing algorithm through data-driven insights.
  • •Collaborate with Taipei office and potentially transfer to New York office in the future.
  • •Communicate technical details in English to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors Degree or higher in computer science
  • •Working knowledge of some or all: Excel, HTML, PHP, SQL
  • •Fluent in English - comfortable discussing technical terms entirely in English
  • •Experience in real estate or real estate finance a plus
  • •Must be full-time in Taipei (transfer to New York office possible in future years)
