Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, document, and version the AI policy, principles, standards, processes, and procedures; author new procedural documents required for federated and endorsed controls.
  • •Maintain governance program records including meeting minutes, decision logs, issue/action tracking, control mappings, and program metrics.
  • •Develop monthly status reports and KPI/KRI dashboards for AI Council and executive quarterly readouts.
  • •Analyze governance metrics and control performance, and create visualizations that communicate program progress.
  • •Facilitate and coordinate AI governance working groups, capturing outcomes, decisions, and follow-up actions through closure.
