Building Engineering Manager

Lead and grow a building engineering practice for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines in Boston. Drive major project pursuits, serve as technical leader and quality reviewer, and manage interdisciplinary coordination to ensure engineering standards and high-quality documents. Develop strategy to expand local MEP capabilities, coach and mentor engineers, manage forecasting and resource planning, and represent the firm with clients to support proposals and business growth.
