Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control, and Procurement to ensure successful supplier management and execution.
  • •Own long-range planning, AOP responsibilities and generation, Quarterly EAC reviews, and Risk & Opportunity Management.
  • •Accountable for Supply Chain cost, schedule, and quality across the portfolio.
  • •Manage Material Program Managers (MPMs) and oversee supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • •Coordinate and develop supply chain requirements for gate reviews, maintain supplier management ownership, and present plans and program-level information to internal and U.S. Government customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 12 years of experience.
  • •Experience leading personnel and teams in matrixed organizations as a collaborative leader sharing program information and requirements to enable success.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
