Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PSD operations by collecting, analyzing, and tracking division information and KPIs.
  • •Create and update Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor operational results.
  • •Assist in continuous improvement and process optimization projects and initiatives.
  • •Support implementation and follow-up of management platforms and tools.
  • •Maintain required documentation for operations and for onboarding technicians to projects or branches, including follow-up on corrective actions from audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a student in the last semesters of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
  • •Basic knowledge of process management and/or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM).
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • •Availability to do in-person internships in Girardota, Antioquia, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and have intermediate English.
