Senior Manager, Capital Markets

Lead end-to-end execution for critical Capital Markets initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional workstreams from inception through completion. Partner closely with senior leaders to drive funding and transaction strategy, identify execution risks, and implement mitigation plans through analytics and deep dives. Build alignment by tracking milestones, enforcing timelines, and maintaining governance with progress updates and decision logs—while removing roadblocks so New Product and Transaction Execution teams can operate efficiently.
