Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership of executive payroll operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and internal control strength.
•Manage internal payroll resources and direct vendor partners supporting executive payroll services.
•Oversee payroll validations, complex audit checks, reconciliations, and issue resolution across all executive payroll components.
•Ensure consistent documentation, process governance, and readiness for audits and SOX controls.
•Provide “white glove” service to RTX Executives as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent payroll experience) plus 7-10 years of relevant experience
•Extensive experience in US payroll operations, including executive or complex compensation processing
•Experience leading teams and/or managing vendor partners
•Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, taxation, and payroll controls
•Experience with payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView, ADP EV5, or similar platforms
