Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all customer handling areas (check-in, departure gate, transit, arrival) and ensure accurate and timely execution by staff and handling agents.
  • •Assign pre-flight duties, run de-briefings to address discrepancies, and direct check-in staff for passenger irregularities and invalid documents.
  • •Manage denied boarding scenarios, guide check-in staff, and ensure required updates for downgrading or offloading customers.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with customs, immigration, security, police, medical, cargo, ground transport, catering, duty free, and other stakeholders.
  • •Monitor ramp activities, review ground safety reports, supervise lost/found/damaged baggage compliance, and coordinate necessary updates with duty/airport management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ordinary National Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to oversee check-in, departure gate, transit, and arrival customer handling to required standards.
  • •Experience directing staff in handling passenger irregularities, invalid documents, denied boarding, and excess baggage charges.
  • •Knowledge of company safety and security standards and procedures for lost/found/damaged baggage handling.
