Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce cost estimating and planning, including final cost plans, and develop cost plans through the design phase with milestone updates.
  • •Reconcile changes and validate cost data accuracy with contractors; manage cost checks, valuations, and monthly cost reports for the client.
  • •Coordinate and inform engineering and value engineering decisions by assessing cost impacts and leading value engineering sessions with stakeholders.
  • •Run post-contract cost variance analysis, manage change control processes, contingency and commitment tracking, and support final account negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of experience in construction cost management.
  • •Experience supporting medium to large-scale, complex construction projects (data centers strongly preferred).
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred, working toward or holding RICS accreditation is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement strategies, value management, and cost control practices.
