Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
  • •Troubleshoot and repair facility issues to minimize downtime and maintain safe working conditions
  • •Support facility upgrades, installations, and layout changes for manufacturing and office spaces
  • •Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
  • •Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related technical role
  • •Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment and building systems using hand and power tools
  • •Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
