Key Responsibilities

  • •Delight Card Members with unforgettable travel experiences by asking personalized fact-finding questions and delivering innovative, extraordinary service.
  • •Research, plan, and execute customized travel experiences, including booking domestic and international flights and arranging cars and/or hotels.
  • •Use in-depth knowledge to help Card Members access exclusive benefits, including maximizing Membership Reward points.
  • •Stay current on new and existing product offerings to curate relevant recommendations for Card Members.
  • •De-escalate stressful travel situations and complete back-office/callback work to ensure top-of-the-line customer service.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year travel industry experience within the last two years.
  • •At least 1 year GDS experience required.
  • •At least 2 years collective Contact Centre/BPO experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of luxury products (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruises & tours, dining/theatre/retail/fashion/sports & events).
  • •Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
