Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while leading by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
  • •Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and embody the brand values as a brand ambassador.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores using NPS and provide real-time feedback on sales, product, and allocation.
  • •Uphold inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, oversee inbound/outbound inventory, and track BOH fulfillment and mis-pulls.
  • •Contribute to loss prevention and store operations by maintaining procedures, weekly workflow, and training/onboarding associates.
