Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and evolve production-ready design system components, patterns, documentation, and reusable assets across Figma and emerging AI-native design workflows.
  • •Partner with the Senior Design Systems Designer to scale Harvey’s visual language and roll out new system foundations across the product.
  • •Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers to ensure components are intuitive to use and consistently adopted.
  • •Own and create polished production assets, libraries, prototypes, and documentation that enable teams to build quickly and with confidence.
  • •Maintain design system quality and health through QA, organization, continuous refinement, and operational improvements.

Salary: USD 150,800 - 226,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, Production Designer, UI Designer, or Design Systems Designer on digital products.
  • •Exceptional visual craft and production quality, with meticulous attention to layout, spacing, consistency, and detail.
  • •Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems in Figma (auto layout, variables, components, variants).
  • •Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • •Comfort collaborating with designers and frontend engineers, and curiosity/experience with AI-assisted design tools and evolving workflows.
