Lead consultative sales engagements for AspenTech APC offerings in China, partnering with sales to craft a vision, roadmap, and differentiated value proposition for refining/petrochemical customers. Drive opportunities from discovery to execution, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win business and strengthen AspenTech’s APC footprint in China.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead value discovery sessions with customers and cross-functional teams to identify key technical challenges and develop solutions.
•Develop and communicate a credible solution vision, digitalization roadmap, and value proposition leveraging AspenTech offerings.
•Advise customers on relevant AspenTech solutions and services, aligning with account strategy and customer priorities.
•Collaborate with sales to position value and differentiation, navigate stakeholders, and influence executives to win business.
•Mentor junior Solution Consultants to build consultative selling skills and industry knowledge.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant technical subject preferred.
•15+ years practical experience in a consultant, partner, pre-sales or professional services role.
