Key Responsibilities

•Provide proactive and strategic leadership for the structural engineering discipline, directing deliverables and ensuring quality across projects.
•Lead reviews of permit applications, design plans, contracts, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
•Oversee large-scale, complex structural projects, manage budgets, track hours/expenses, and supervise subcontractors and staff.
•Develop business opportunities within buildings and infrastructure and contribute to strategic growth in assigned geographic area.
•Mentor staff, lead proposals, and represent the discipline in client meetings and negotiations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering, structural/civil and infrastructure design.
•Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
•Advanced proficiency with structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues.
•Advanced proficiency with building and infrastructure design.
