Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive and strategic leadership for the structural engineering discipline, directing deliverables and ensuring quality across projects.
  • •Lead reviews of permit applications, design plans, contracts, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • •Oversee large-scale, complex structural projects, manage budgets, track hours/expenses, and supervise subcontractors and staff.
  • •Develop business opportunities within buildings and infrastructure and contribute to strategic growth in assigned geographic area.
  • •Mentor staff, lead proposals, and represent the discipline in client meetings and negotiations.

Key Requirements
