Lead day-to-day sales-floor execution in a Crocs retail store by driving consumer experiences through the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Collaborate with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, while managing team activities through delegation, follow-up, and coaching. Support store operations across POS, merchandising, visual presentation, stockroom duties, opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection standards.
