Job Summary

Lead Balance Sheet and Management (BSM) forecasting and Interest Rate Risk (IRR) analytics within the CFO group, supporting accurate balance sheet and net interest income (NII) forecasts. Own key Treasury and regulatory reporting across multiple entities and regions, provide analytical commentary on BS and P&L, and drive continuous improvement through report building, testing, and automation. Partner globally and collaborate with technology teams to resolve data and implement new system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare key Treasury and regulatory reports spanning multiple entities and regions.
•Provide analytical commentary on balance sheet (BS) and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
•Build, test, and implement additional reporting routines and new reporting requirements.
•Partner with global teams to deliver efficient, well-controlled, timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
•Work with technology teams to resolve data issues and implement new system capabilities, while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

•5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant role in a financial institution, preferably with exposure to accounting/financial services and banking products.
•Strong understanding of the balance sheet and income statement and knowledge of basic interest rate risk principles.
•Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills, including using advanced Excel functions to create executive-level summary reports.
•Strong control mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks and maintain associated controls.
•Clear, concise verbal and written communication, comfortable escalating issues and managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
