Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute an IT strategy aligned to business objectives, growth targets, and enterprise AI platform capabilities.
  • •Oversee enterprise technology applications (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, and internal data systems) and lead cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • •Update and oversee the enterprise information security program, including incident response, identity and access management, SOC reports, and FedRAMP/compliance postures.
  • •Ensure IT systems and processes support revenue operations, finance, HR, legal, and professional services delivery at scale using automation and AI-enabled workflows.
  • •Manage IT budgets and lead vendor relationships and IT contract negotiations; collaborate on joint IT and platform initiatives with strategic alliances.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 285,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including VP of IT, SVP, or CIO experience at a publicly traded technology company.
  • •Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS), plus IT security at scale.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML workloads, model deployment infrastructure, and data governance in a cloud environment; GDPR compliance experience is a plus.
  • •Experience managing FedRAMP or CMMC compliance programs; strong US federal customer support experience preferred.
