Production Associate

Operate and maintain concrete production machinery and concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect product quality against standards and adjust settings as needed, while detecting and reporting equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the Plant Supervisor. Support consistent production flow with accurate reporting, perform machine clean-up and setup for product changes, and cross-train on other production process areas.
