•Perform insurance business analysis by evaluating processes and operational performance across underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and customer operations.
•Gather, document, and validate business requirements; run current-state assessments and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
•Support digital and business transformation efforts, including business process redesign, operating model assessments, and future-state solution development.
•Analyze data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvements; develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
•Facilitate discovery/workshops and prepare executive presentations while supporting technology enablement with ontology engineering, semantic modeling, and AI/automation initiatives.

•Experience working on business transformation, modernization, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
•Strong insurance domain knowledge across areas such as claims, underwriting, policy administration, or insurance operations.
•Strong SQL skills plus ontology and semantic layer foundation; understanding cloud and data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
•Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences and facilitate stakeholder discussions/workshops.
