Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute full truckload and multi-stop deliveries and collections daily using Class 8 tractor/trailer equipment.
  • •Recover CHEP assets by visiting non-participating distributors, pallet recyclers, and potential collection locations.
  • •Ensure DOT and CHEP safety compliance, including preventive maintenance, pre/post trip inspections, and physical damage reporting.
  • •Document delivery and collection data (times, mileages, volumes, and customer comments) and communicate with LVR support personnel.
  • •Work with local customers on program compliance to drive efficiencies and increase collection volumes, supporting new customer/location growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Class A DOT driver license.
  • •Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience and multi-stop driving.
  • •Clean driving record and ability to obtain/maintain a DOT medical card with no restrictions.
  • •Ability to hook/unhook trailers and lift 65 lbs. as needed.
