Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate extensive knowledge of trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to inform business decisions.
  • •Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders, crypto communities, and influencers to grow the network.
  • •Implement strategies and campaigns to deliver measurable results, including content creation, increased trading volume, new user acquisition, and active transactions via affiliate channels.
  • •Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and affiliates, aligning their strategies with business objectives for mutual growth.
  • •Initiate and participate in partner meetings and collaborate with product to provide market insights; perform competitor and industry trend analysis to refine strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • •Fluency in English and Polish.
  • •Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading—especially in Poland.
  • •Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker).
  • •Solid understanding of affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, and campaign management.
