Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, retain, and counsel team members; educate them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment, accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper coding and record keeping.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before start-up of production.
  • •Ensure machinery is performing and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, oversee processing operations, solve problems with other supervisors, and provide continuous quality education.
