Deliver a high-quality client experience, educate customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support the sales process through outbound calls to identify offers, needs, and opportunities. Help with new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
