Key Responsibilities

  • •Own test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identifying risks and escalating issues.
  • •Implement and drive testing frameworks, workflows, and defect management (logging and reporting) across project/scrum teams.
  • •Coordinate testing work with onshore teams and keep alignment with IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Test Analysts.
  • •Execute defect management approaches and ensure adherence to defect processes for all relevant team members.
